The footage of the fatal shooting of Alex Jeffrey Pretti, said one journalist, “shows that the final act of his life was trying to help a woman who was being physically assaulted by the masked agents who would then kill him.”

In the original video of the shooting of a man in Minneapolis, identified by the Minneapolis Star Tribune at 37-year-old Alex Jeffrey Pretti, a woman in a pink coat was seen in the background filming the incident with her phone.

Drop Site News obtained footage that appeared “to come from the direction of the woman in pink filming from the sidewalk” and showed the shooting at a closer distance than the footage taken from inside Glam Doll Donuts.

In the video, the shooting victim, dressed in a brown coat and pants, is seen filming a federal agent with his phone. He’s then seen guiding another person toward the sidewalk as the agent forcefully shoves a third person to the ground.

    ICE murdered that man.

From here we have two paths:

One: Civility is eventually restored to government and these people are tried and convicted for their crimes.

    Two: All out civil war.

We will not let ICE, Trump or any of these Nazis complete their agenda.

Respectfully, that’s an outcome, not a path to get there.

The MAGA shitheads won’t just give up and let themselves be prosecuted. They won’t stop appointing judges, they won’t stop cheating on elections, they won’t stop manipulating media, and they won’t stop harassing, intimidating, and killing their opposition until someone makes them.

Military coup. The only way a civil war is successful is if the military are on the side of the people. The most important of which would be the USN and USAF Strategic Forces. A prolonged ground war is only won by sea, air, and nuclear forces. More specifically nuclear forces in the hands of said military who will NOT use them on our own land.

It will present a serious challenge with all the Pentagon purges. But the majority of Flag and Line officers are from West Point, Annapolis, and Maxwell. It’s unlikely most side with Trump (for now). The real trick will hinge on the NCOs, as the US Military is predominantly a middle-out force, and senior NCOs hold the bulk of our service members’ respect. What they decide to do in the majority will dictate the outcome of a civil war. One NG commander already stated publicly he will order his soldiers to protect protesters from ICE agents. There is a small chance.

Ideally the next time President Trump boards Marine 1 he’s taken into custody at a military base with a large Delta, Rangers, or NG presence to subdue USSS agents. With a Federal Judge, Vance, Speaker Johnson, and Grassley in tow. Invoke 25 or Martial Law, and go down the line of succession until someone takes the oath. This is highly unlikely though. A full impeachment is more likely, but a lot of people will need to for die before it will happen.

It’s either that or The Man in The High Castle. The American Fourth Reich.

Civility is eventually restored to government and these people are tried and convicted for their crimes.

For that you need some power. Effectively in other countries like Ukraine, the economic nobility (i.e billionaires) comes to the rescue. The problem is that it seems that the economic nobility has built a golem they no longer control but are doubling down on controlling it.

      Two: All out civil war.

In this case you also need some power backing it. Unless you are Cuba or some shithole like the Russian Empire in 1917.

My marvel influenced child, the only way the society pushes back with these cards is internal sabotage.

      4. Run off with the gun they stole

Honestly, i think its a pretty major detail. They disarmed him and then shot him 10 times. Its what changes this from murder to execution. The man was not a threat the whole time but after they took his only means of being a threat they then killed him and are claiming he was a threat. They neutered their own defence. If he still had the gun when they shot him they would have an easier time lying about what happened.

The 8 year Border Patrol veteran who shot him seemed to see the gun and unholstered his own, then the moment Alex’s gun was taken away he started shooting. It’s like he saw the justification and realized he could execute him and waited to be safe, at no point is the main murderer in any danger or engaged directly with Alex, he was watching from above until he started shooting.

      He did have a gun.

He was being a responsible citizen, exercising his 2nd Amendment rights with a holstered weapon, in compliance with Minnesota law.

Gestapo thugs tackled and beat him, unholstered and removed the firearm from his side, and only then did they unload 9 bullets into him as he laid unarmed and beaten on the street.

But as you’ll see, and as anyone who’s ever paid attention to the 2A fascist assholes will know, they suddenly become hyper anti-gun the moment its someone they don’t like exercising their rights.

Kristi Noem lying on TV this very moment about Alex Pretti and painting him as terrorist. And then claims the investigation will be performed. It seems to me they performed investigation 5 seconds after they put like 15 rounds into Alex. This shit needs Nuremberg type trials for entire current USA administration starting with Trump, all his hyenas and all the agents that murdered Alex and Renee. USA is a lawless wild west. They aren’t enforcing laws, they are playing Judge Dredd and interpret the laws pretty much randomly the way they feel, usually ending with innocent people dying. And then they continue lying about it. This is fucked.

Not to be overly Comic-book-guy but:

Judge Dredd is never portrayed killing someone for his own gratification in 2000AD. He isn’t racist, or to my knowledge, even a classist.

Yes, he is a ‘judge’ in an ultra violent society that devolves execution, due process and investigation to the officer on the beat.

But no one is above the law as far as he concerned not even the judiciary. There probably isn’t a president of the US that he wouldn’t have arrested for their crimes, and quite a few he’d execute for their crimes against humanity. Trump wouldn’t have made it to this millennium.

These ICE thugs are just cowardly fascist scum. Law is just a weapon of suppression to them. For Judge Dredd the law was sacred and the only thing preventing humanity from eating itself in his post apocalyptic future hellscape.

Him and The Punisher (who law enforcement tend to idolize) are people we shouldn’t wish for, but maybe people like them are sometimes required. When the justice system fails, who holds people accountable? If no one, then there’s nothing stopping evil people from doing whatever they want.

We don’t want state officials working for vigilante justice, but occasionally in history someone does need to.

Which goes to show that one of the mightiest weapons against the oligarchs turning the people against each other is the teaching of critical thinking in schools.

That’s why this cultural virus attacks teachers and coups education boards. The pay off is these automatons believing that there is a direct mirror between the egoless Dredd having the ultimate power to end a criminal’s life within the boundaries of a harsh but ultimately unprejudiced set of laws and their own prejudicial bloodthirsty fascism that constantly corrupts the law to suit their ingroup and individual needs.
