There is a german speaking train subreddit where like half of the train drivers are femboys (or it is just the same two people posting so often that my perception is skewed), so I would guess that it is fine. Gender non conforming people and trains just go well together.
I bet it’s the same reason there’s a lot of GNC people in Linux communities. Trains and Linux similarly attract many autistic people, and autistic people tend to be less attached to gender roles (correlation not causation). It’s speculated that as a result, autistic people tend to be more likely to explore their gender identity (this bit hasn’t been studied yet afaik) and then you end up with trends like this. Train drivers and programmers are all femboys and trans people
Well I COULD, hypothetically, see an employer not being exactly ecstatic about their employees doing this while apparently on company time. I know it’s unlikely for OP’s employer to not only see this but also think it worthwhile to find out who they are, I mostly wanted to make a dumb joke ;)
Taking and publishing that picture, I want to say… ballsy.

Taking is fine, you usually cant look into the driver cabin. Publishing idk…
Why wouldn’t it be okay?
