Literally does all of that fine. I don’t know what is happening for you, but I can have it make a sprite, multiple frames with a reasonable semblance of cohesion (For AI anyway), and make rather complex algorithmic math just fine.

I think you’re just not asking your requests properly. I noticed the old helper was able to “assume” a lot of intent with more vague requests. Maybe you should just try to be more specific?

There may be a good reason they don’t accept donations though. Perhaps the AI model is under a copywrite, or some sort of license that states that it’s not allowed to be used for profit? I know donations aren’t really the same as profit, but that area legally gets a bit mirky… 🤷‍♀️

If I were to guess which is more likely, it’s probably a ramp towards a paid model, ads, or death. I don’t mean to be a pessimist, but this has been the ecosystem I’ve been seeing play out for almost 2 decades now with things like this. (Not just AI stuff, but these sorts of amazing platforms seem to die trying to support the weight of all the people who need it.)

I’ve never done it myself yet, but in theory you can just right click the src and hit ‘save all’.

All else fails… Ctrl-C / Ctrl-V for the next 3 hours depending on your project size.

That’s fair, but a big thing I’m also thinking of is server load. I know many people run several page tabs at once (A person I was talking to was running 10 helpers at once on the same project… Don’t ask. He was doing a lot of stuff at once.) and that rubbed me a bit bad since perchance is already struggling with high server usage.

Being able to use local models (or the like) would really help remove a lot of server load. (As well as cost… The cost was more the after-thought during the conception of the idea, but I figured people always think money-first.)

Some of it I get, and some of it I don’t.

I’m a pretty big advocate for using AI as a tool to create specific visions, and I think that AI is a great idea generator for things like concept art, prototyping, and getting something that fits a specific vision…

I also do think that human artists, coders, and the like should be employed by those who can afford to do so. A multi-million dollar company should not be using AI for anything related to a final product.

But that’s just me. I love this site because it does what I’ve always wanted AI to do for a few years now and it does it for free AND well. It’s not made for corporate use, but for the average every-day person.

People perplex me sometimes, and maybe I’m just stupid and don’t understand why people would come to a forum about an AI just to… I don’t know, boo in down arrows at every single post? It’s whatever.

The issue comes from the fact that we have to route the download through the site itself. It packages it into a zip for download.

I’ve resigned to copy/paste every .js file. I’ve got a local backup (sort of) but we can’t save to the site and we can’t get a zip from the site because we’re all blocked by cloudflare.
