I don’t know I don’t always have this feeling. Maybe haven’t grown up much or can relate enough for a few things not to be 100% disconnected.
This feeling can happen if I talk about older cartoons/games or stuff like VHS, audio tape (maybe).
The WII is soon 20 years old (just letting that sink :3)
Try being 45 and talking to anyone under 30
While I get what you’re saying, it’s not a cast-iron rule.
Last week I told off one of my trainees for running in the building, and yet I split up with my ex because she moved to a different city to start her own business … both of them are 24.
Completely normal, can confirm
i have the opposite issue, im turning 22 and have gotten told i look “young for 18” …like they thought i was 18 and still thought i looked like a minor TwT
When I was 19, a coworker told me she thought I was 30 with 2 kids.
But what if you don’t? And they are the ones shocked?
Yeah I get this more often. People routinely guess I’m 15 years younger than I am.
Same but not 15 years more like 5-10
So true.
