    The president is committing war crimes and the FBI is charging the former FBI director over an insta post from a year ago, clearly suggesting impeachment.

      seems like a direct violation of his first amendment rights.

      unless he comes out and says what it means, it’s subjective art that is up to interpretation.

        true but even if you say “i think x should die” you’re still within your rights. none of “thinking” is actionable.

      So the DOJ is hoping that nobody on the jury knows that 86 means to give someone the bum’s rush, not to kill them.

      Even then, if it were a threat, which it isn’t, it’s in no way actionable.

          This time, yes. But eventually, they’re going to get a MAGA judge, and someone will go to political prison. That will set a precedent.
