Unless you purchase essentially a macbook by microsoft you wont even be allowed to use this. The people that do buy those wont mind, its actually a pretty smart move by microsoft. I bet they knew the internet would hate it and “fixed” it by making it a financials exclusive service. Normal windows is unlikely going away but it will be the inferior product designed to make you want to pay for more. It bet it will work, it will be profitable. But at the same time I dont care about the rich paying. Its gonna be great for Linux adoption
