I don’t think there is a piercing shop around that isn’t also a tattoo shop. Maybe if I looked to the most urban area in my local area, I could find one that is part of a shop like this claire’s that sells jewelry, but I think we started off this whole comment chain by pointing out those shops do it poorly.
