24 years, 40 million Canadians, enough payout for each person to buy two or three loaves of bread.

$500 million is a good place to start, but that should be per quarter for the next 24 years.

No kidding… I go through close to a loaf a day, a potential $25 refund after 24 years isn’t even a drop in the bucket compared to what they’ve banked from that.

I can easily polish off a loaf a day just by myself, (not that I always do) but if you include my two kids over that 24 years the final tally would probably average well over one a day.

A family eating a whole loaf is totally understandable, I thought you meant you just house a loaf of bread to yourself each day, to which I say “that is not healthy for birds” lmao
