Tl;dr because OP is a lazy bot
Go outside more
Drink less alcohol
Drink less caffeine
Eat less sugar
Exercise more
Get more sleepWell. I’m not a bot.
But then again, that’s exactly what a bot would say.
Would a bot do this? aaaaaaaaaaazapqpAOÇAAZOO!!@ WOOF WOOF HHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA
Probably not. I’m just a depressed human.
If you truly are human, which I doubt, you should follow the advice in the article and not make more bot accounts to post more crappy content but actually involve yourself in the discussions of the junk you post.
But with a 9 day old account with 170 post and 13 comments I doubt it will happen.
Learning how to crosspost would also be an improvement.
half of them: just do things your anxiety prevents you from doing lol
I’m curious what other anxious people’s relationship with alcohol is.
If say I’m pretty casual with it, a few days a month I have a glass of scotch, and when I’m out I love cocktails. But I’ve never felt any compulsion to drink.
That being said, I do feel like it’s easier to relax and just be happy when I’ve had a few drinks.
Oh, when I was on antidepressants I felt like I got drink way way quicker, and when I came off I could drink much more without feeling it (not that I drink to get drunk, just in a know your limits way).
As for coffee… I love coffee, like 50% as much as Janeway. I don’t find it really makes me anxious.
My anxiety levels went way down when I quit drinking. I had never made the connection between anxiety and alcohol until I stopped and my anxiety basically disappeared. More than enough reason for me to never drink again.
My 7th thing that most people swear doesnt affect them this way is smoking less weed gives me less anxiety. Smoking more weed gives me more anxiety.
