Ukraine's energy minister says Russia has attacked every Ukrainian power plant since its invasion. Denys Shmyhal on Friday reported 612 attacks on energy infrastructure over the past year.

“This is a critical moment,” Jaime Wah, the deputy head in the Kyiv delegation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, said Friday.
