platinum end don’t watch it it’s genuinely awful a complete waste of everyone’s time from the people who watched it to the people who produced it it’s written by the same author as death note after watching it it’s a genuine miracle death note was good it’s one of the worst anime I’ve ever seen only beaten by wonder egg priority

Agreed. It really supports the rantiness of the text. Also the answer is given in the first two words. All good so far.
Clarification: I don’t say that he has to use punctuation. That’s completely up to Phuntis. It’s just hard for me to understand the text. That is the thing I wanted to state instead of just downvoting (which explains nothing). Phuntis made clear that he doesn’t want to. That’s fine.
Platinum End was so bad it cooked this guy’s brain to not understand punctuation anymore.

It’s not 100% correct but it’s better than what you’re doing and easy to implement.
Would it be some type of dyslexia? Do you have issues recognizing the relation between punctuation and the rhythm of speech?
no I just don’t speak the same as others people tell me that where you breathe nonsense but one what’s a breath and what’s a half breath and two I don’t always breathe when I should I just keep talking until I lose breath and get high pitched I just gave up years ago and most people don’t care I just get 1 person every few months that has to come along and insist on punctuation and pretend it can’t be read even though it’s perfectly legible
But Death Note wasn’t good, it’s genuinely bad.
People only think its good because it was their gateway anime.
The whole show is an edgy intellectual-power fantasy, where characters play games of mental rock-paper-scissors during a tennis match.
I won’t pretend it’s the greatest thing ever and yeah it has moments it’s bad and it’s absolutely edgy but it’s still good it’s not genuinely bad it’s enjoyable not perfect but fun and enjoyable no moment of platinum end is even enjoyable it’s just edge and very poorly written characters that don’t even interact interestingly there’s no redeeming element
Being better than Platinum End is a very low bar to pass.
The best part about Death Note was the concept in of itself. Though, if you take time to unpack the many (often unnecessary and/or contradictory) rules of the book, you might begin to notice how contrived it all is.
The story wants to be this grandiose game of cat and mouse, but can’t keep its finger out of its ass. The show didnt know where to go without L, so they made “new L - now with melatonin”.
The Kira and L are portrayed as tactical geniuses, but if you take any time to actually map out their motives and actions, you’ll once again, notice how contrived they are.
I feel bad for the Mangaka, the deadlines imposed by the industry are super tight and I’m sure it had an impact on his ability to write to the best of his ability.
yeah it’s contrived I’m not pretending it’s some master work the tennis scene is probably peak stupidity but it was still enjoyable except yeah after L but you know there’s a reason everyone pretends the show ended after episode 25
Wasnt my gateway anime. Still one of my favourites. I love power fantasies.
