Can’t wait for all the triggered sexually insecure conservatives who never understood a single episode of Star Trek they ever watched to winge about it.
No see, SFA is a grimdark edgy teenage drama thats also cloyingly sweet with too much combat and too much talking things out. It also features a commanding officer (who happens to be women but i dont care about that even though im mentioning it) sitting down in an unconventional manner, which is extremely unprofessional (professionalism is something I care about deeply as a linkedin user) but also a thing we have never, ever, ever, ever, seen before in any star trek ever, but especially never in rick berman star trek which is the original star trek.
Too bad it’s ending in a cliffhanger
I just have a hard time with the voice. Its too deep and strained, he sounds like RFK JR.
I thought maybe I’m too old to appreciate high school romances. Yet I’m bingeing Heartstopper with my cats. Why? Because the relationships have depth and chemistry. For some reason, SA romances lack both.
I’m curious to hear your examples of deep romance from any other season one of a Star Trek series.
Romance wasn’t a big part of season one, apart from the intentionally messy Caleb/Tarima, so you may just be watching for the wrong thing. I’d say there was chemistry to spare, but not a lot of follow through on it yet. Sounds like season 2 will see more, though.
Yawn, looks way to fashion oriented
Klingons aught to be all leather and discipline and some good wholesome Sadomasochism
- Both characters are in uniform rather than their own fashion choice in the picture.
- Klingons are also the race that read love poetry (granted, while having stuff chucked at them by their mate), so I don’t think looking a little snazzy is exactly un-Klingon. I mean, heck, Worf got someone pregnant on the holodeck while in uniform.
