Birth rates are falling in developed countries, if we ever reached the point birth rates fell everywhere in the world it implies a level of world-wide civilizational development that I don’t think we’d even be worried about needing more babies anymore.

I suppose that is the case. A country as a collective is worried about its culture and values changing/being lost, if its population is “replaced” through immigration.
And if not enough kids are born in those countries? I guess we all just immigrate in a circle? Infinite human glitch. Problem solved.

Literally just increase immigration, it solves the problem right now. But they won’t, because they’re too racist.
