I’ve looked at a teardown, the ram chip is unmarked and soldered. They have an OK IR camera, a nice solar panel, a good battery, and a decent GPS unit.
How much of ram is one of these things?
Not much, and it’s probably soldered onto the board.

A basic soldering iron costs around $10. Pretty good deal if you ask me!
