I don’t know if you’d be willing to up your commute time for it, but the deflock website has a map tab that builds a route avoiding flock cameras.

edit: it links to a separate app/website

I’m in a heavily flocked area. Can’t get in or out of my neighborhood at all without at least one camera.

Nothing you can do now… You’re flocked. 😐

It’s missing a some flock cameras that are near my grocery store. Makes me question it’s validity.

It is an open source map, you are free to add to it yourself. Behold, the link that gives info on how to do so. There have been over 100,000 flock cameras installed in the United States in the last 12 months, and so it is a collective effort to keep our maps up to date.

Automated License Plate Readers (ALPRs) are AI-powered cameras that capture and analyze images of all passing vehicles, storing details like your car’s location, date, and time. They also capture your car’s make, model, color, and identifying features such as dents, roof racks, and bumper stickers, often turning these into searchable data points. These cameras collect data on millions of vehicles—regardless of whether the driver is suspected of a crime. While these systems can be useful for tracking stolen cars or wanted individuals, they are mostly used to track the movements of innocent people.
