Authorities have found 56 bodies improperly stored at a Chicago funeral home. The remains were discovered Thursday in various states of decomposition at South Chicago Chapel.
I don’t know either. It’s strange because news like this pops up every once in a while. I’m assuming it cost money to process the remains, so they hold off doing it, even after getting paid by the family. But I don’t know what’s up. But it’s horrible to think that someone’s loved one would just be rotting somewhere rather than treated with respect.
