      Yes, maybe, it depends on what parts and what timing. You might wait years to get access to some pieces… We need transparency now because immediate public pressure makes shady prosecutors and judges think twice before doing more shady shit.

      (The prosecution will still do shady shit, but if it’s live, they’re risking their careers with each additional action, so they tend to be a little less dishonest. As we saw in Karen Read.)

      You need someone to request, pay for, and publish them; which will absolutely happen in this case.

      The problem is that approximately no one reads transcripts, and they would not even be ready until well after the news cycle moves on.
