In researches it’s never good to use an LLM, I use sometimes an AI search assistant (concept and semantic searrch) since several years, which use and summarize the results from relevant webcontent in real time with the corresponding sources, which permits to contrast it (always a fact check needed in internet, with and also without AI, in general too much BS in the web), not slop created by the AI itself. This is IMHO a legit use of AI, as helpfull tool, not one to substitute my own research.
