The Northrop YB-49 was a experimental jet-powered heavy bomber aircraft based on the YB-35 developed shortly after WWII.
In 1951 Northrop made a cutaway illustration showing proposed a commercial airliner variant, as you can see.

So, assuming 2 passengers per cabin, that’s about 36 passengers, or 4 passengers per engine. Or, with 5 crew, that’s about 7 passengers per crew member. If there’s a flight attendant in there somewhere, that’s 6 passengers per crew member.
Basically, an absurdly expensive way of travelling. I doubt they were serious about it.
