I don’t understand this logic, the wheels are a part of that. By this logic we shouldn’t be counting the doors of a car either because we don’t call a car a door.
Does your office chair have wheels? Lawnmower? Skates or bicycles? I bet you have more wheels than you think. They’re insidious.

Many drawer slides inside a little wheel on each side. Do roller blinds count as one long wheel?
Drawers have runners and slides, not wheels. See my other comment on wheels
