Sure, any sources should be checked. That said, do you have any particular reason to doubt the figure?

The Intel seems to be about CNC machine tool exports from China to Russia, and FT has also reported (here) on the increase, citing Russian customs data.
Are there any Russian or Chinese sources you know of that are reporting contradictory information?
From the article:
“She faced an array of charges along with her husband, Eric Chu Nap Kee, a billionaire Hong Kong real estate operator, and 85 co-conspirators, including lawyers and banking regulators from the capital of Hanoi, the seat of communist rule.”

I think Obama’s personal politics were actually much more progressive than those of Biden. It’s just that his theory of governance seemed to revolve around taking the positions of moderate Republicans and then starting with those as his own position. He thought that would be taken as a meaningful step towards compromise and give him partners across the aisle.
Instead, that meant that the old moderate position became the new left position, and his opponents could move even further to the right.
At least he unintentionally provided progressives with a lesson on how not to advocate for policies going forward.
To be fair, those kind of mean the same thing

@ttmrichter: “Oh, no worries, I blocked all the porn.”
Why block them? I like a little spice with my scrolling. Plus it’s a fun mystery box to see what’s under the blur. Straight/gay? Cis/trans? That one guy that literally just posts 100 fully clothed celebs every hour to disappoint you? Who knows.
Am I missing something? I only see the AI overview as an option after clicking the “try new features” lab logo. Are some versions of Google search forcing this feature currently?
