Whether you will pay less than you would in the US will depend on the country you go to and the procedure. Without insurance you are still likely to pay a lot of money at a private clinic. You also have to factor in whether you will need follow-up appointments and plan for complications because those costs plus the costs of multiple overseas trips and living accommodations will add up.

And if you want to not poop for a week, I’ve heard opioids are effective.

It’s true that people do develop a tolerance to caffeine if they drink it regularly, but even when I didn’t drink it often, I didn’t feel a difference after having a coffee in the morning and or if I drank some late at night in an attempt to stay up later.
It must be so nice to be in the category of people who are able to be energized or kept awake by caffeine :(
