Album artworks matter a lot and an artist in a specific domain of art naturally would focus on his own field

When someone is banned from an instance, the instance do not give them the opportunity to transfer their communities they created and have to restart from zero and those communities become modless. Right now even the promise of anti censorship and portability is not there

I did not justify anything and you support a fascist

Charlie advocated for public executions and inciting hate against minorities like black people

Do you mean a community that support the fundamental right to resist oppression?

I am doing my part . Still lemmy is mostly memes, politics and political tech reports

it is a shame that transferring communities do not exist. If someone is banned , they should still be able to move their communities somewhere else

Definitely

I mistakenly put it private . It is public now

Comparing laptops with tablets? How many tablet do you know have over 16gb of physical ram?

Because the modularity allow building all type of alternative. The downvote do not change the fact that it is true

yes

An alternative just mean it has a similar concept. It doesn’t mean the alternative platform can’t be trash

I always welcome new alternatives. I am not happy with pixelfed . Instead of focusing on what it distinguish it from other platform and focus on the photography Dansup focuses instead on adding DM’s, stories, improving videos features etc that have nothing to do with photography and pictures

I do not mind the limits, but one post for the free tier is ridiculous, same as limiting how many people can follow you. It is pretty clear this is the typical strategy of making the free version so useless to try to make you pay for a higher tier, which generally backfires

I have lot many issues with the details

• The table that shows the difference shows different reach for different tiers, but I don’t see how it is possible without introducing an algorithm.

• The free version only gives you 1 post and 3 stories per day. The stories and posts have separate limits. I prefer a single limit for publications (stories + regular posts), since I don’t like stories and I do not use them.

• Limiting comments is ridiculous: text is light, and you only get 5 comments in free tier.

• The free version allows videos of only 10 seconds, which is completely useless, and the second tier is only 3 minutes."

This is another case of making free version completely

Amazing

Trying to make him look like an antisemite?

I fully agree
