Aww, that’s kind of heartwarming in a way

I guess making your own life miserable just wasn’t enough, huh? You had to try to spread it around.
How sad for you

Yeah, I just downloaded it. Since I had nothing invested in it, I certainly didn’t feel like I lost anything.
But, like I said, I actually enjoyed it.

I just watched this episode. It’s a good one.
It’s funny how quickly Counselor Troi just simply accepts that she’s been abducted and is playing a spy all of a sudden. sure, she’s pissed at first, but then she’s like, “fuck it, I guess we’re doing this“

I think that some fandoms get far too carried away with their expectations for something— setting them so high that it can never ever deliver, and they ruin it for themselves.
Edit: and as another commentor demonstrates further down, some people will even go so far as to try to ruin it for others

Do you know why I enjoyed the Mandalorian and Grogu? Because I didn’t expect much from it, so I was able to sit back and enjoy it. I didn’t expect an Oscar winning blockbuster, and I certainly didn’t get one. It was a cute and fun little romp. And that was it.

I’m certain I see two FireWire 400

for the times on actually using windows.
you have my deepest sympathies

Almost bit the onion on this one

Any of the original Star Wars trilogy films.

I prefer The Assembly Cut

I think it was the first video game that had full motion video cut scenes and 3D rendered scenes transitions. If I remember correctly, I had to upgrade my video card and my Cd-ROM to handle it.

I owned 8 of these games, and dearly loved them

I remember it taking forever to get it to run properly on my computer
Yeah, I got it in February 2020, and I thought I was gonna die. Me and my roommate, for 12 days in my apartment in Brooklyn. Even my cat got sick. It was the sickest I’ve ever been in my life, and I’ve had meningitis.
I definitely got vaccinated for several years after that. I got it five more times, but it was never worse than a mild cold.

I’ve been enjoying this feature between my iPhones and my Macs for over a decade and a half… I’ve forgotten that it doesn’t exist elsewhere.

Cook made Apple a trillion-dollar company at the cost of its soul. I’m very curious to see what this new CEO will do. More of the same, or will he take on a daring new direction and take risks with that gigantic mountain of money they didn’t throw away on the AI bubble?
Number of felony convictions for sitting president? Also, yes.
Did somebody say… Cyberpunk?
