the background is the windows 10 default light through windows logo. The start menu is the same style as windows 10 mobile when using continuum.

Thats not Windows 8. Windows 8 start menu was full screen and purplish.
Looks more like Windows 10 Mobile on a dock.

4·3 months agoCold war from when Ohio invaded Michigan’s land and got the president to back their claim over it. Federal government ended up letting Ohio keep it and giving Michigan the upper peninsula in exchange.
