6·5 days agoDie dritte Dimension ist das Targeting für politische Werbung (vgl. Böhmermann) und die Gewichtung der Algorithmen, sodass gewünschte Inhalte überrepräsentiert/öfter angezeigt werden. Eigentlich sind es Rekrutierungsnetze.
4·5 days agoThey started Iris2 back when the full scale invasion started. There is another European sat constellation (I don’t remember the name) that could be a stopgap. Beyond of that using OneWeb sats is discussed.
