Something with this much of a budget a theatrical release totally has Hollywood money behind it. Its not like a purposefully orchestrated tax write off flop either, those are bigger budgets (Madam Webb = tax write off plus tactic to keep Spidey IP)

Someone may want to bury the film with lack of advertising though. Or, yeah, its just a bad movie they dont want to throw money at propping it. I’ll try to see it in the next few weeks to decide myself.

I would love a new Bloodborne game if it ends up in a similar relation as darksouls to darksouls 3 - an expanded more in-depth exploration of similar subject matter. Sure the BB story is very done and I don’t need a repeat of the same thing. But theres always more to explore in something so dense.

BB is still my personal favorite game and I’d love more of the same regardless of its a pre/sequal.

Theres too many. Getting one that that not “smart” is a great starting point. My tatic with these sorts of purchases is to look at the shipping company and google them independently from the shopp app/site. If its a some sort of subsidiary moving low quality junk into the country its usually easy to spot.

Also dont buy anything with a clearly Ai generated image. Outer-net photos only.

My example of old folks getting preferred treatment, special pay, and less hours instead of the people actually doing the work is why I left.

You are literally the example that younger folks are disillusioned with. Retired with benefits and decent pay for grinding is not something that happens anymore. Saying “well it worked for me so you must not be trying hard enough” is a false assumption and also condensending.

Put yourself in someone else’s shoes. Imagine you worked your ass off and grinded and learned and were never rewarded for that effort. That is by far most genx/mil/genz expirence in the US, and why we are angry.

Grinding and getting a raise for working hard in a corperate structure is a dream that only happened to old folks.

Just remember those younger people who show promise actually hate you because they already do your job better than you and will never be compensated for it.
