It happens when the image is edited and re-encoded on save. Who taught you they didn’t?
Files should be at reasonable resolutions and sizes for their purpose but not in file formats that slowly deteriate in an internet of remixing ideas.
Lossy compression is antiquated. Jpg should no longer be used as it’s not 1999. I will die on this mole hill.

3D printed ghost guns are easier to get past metal detectors.
My best guess is the materials. Last I looked into them they were entirely 3D printed except for a roofing nail to act as the firing pin. The drastic reduction in metal makes them easier to sneak passed metal detectors. Other than that, you seem right on the nose.

Every time there’s a recall, I remember the equation from Fight Club and how the company has to make a decision to recall or absorb the costs. Tesla has had A LOT of recalls mostly with the cyber truck. Musk doesn’t seem like the kind of person to be cautious and recall to be on the safe side.
So… What AREN’T they recalling?
