When Ukrainians finally had a chance to vote in a real election they rejected Poroshenko and the Svoboda coup leaders. They won every Oblast except Lviv, the ultra nationalist stronghold for actual ethnic Ukrainians. Zelensky promised peace under the Minsk Agreement, all while the Azov Brigade continued to shell civilians in the Donetsk City center. He even brought a camera crew to the front lines in an attempt to shame them into stopping. They laughed in his face and punked him in front of the cameras for all to see. Now he’s just a kapo flunky for the men who actually control Ukraine.
