I don’t think this is exactly what you meant and many here may not be old enough to remember where it comes from, but I have a thing where I love to combo putting a cape on a pokemon before it lands the killing blow to end the match.

It’s a throwback to the legendary James Brown and his cape routine. Short video of what I mean.

My absolute favorite way to play this in game is with Full Art Decidueye EX and Leaf Cape, attaching the cape just before attacking a back row pokemon with Pierce The Pain to end the match.

One way or another the communities will survive. There are lots of potential scenarios to experiment with before the end of the year. There’s a chance we’ll actually gain an instance depending on what direction things go if I end up running a Lemmy and a Piefed instance, but I haven’t made that decision yet. It largely comes down to how much time and money I want to put in to keep things going but there are users and communities to consider too.

The easy options are the most expensive and also the ones likely to land us in this situation again. It’s a lot to think about while trying to live life too lol.

Not necessarily but nothing has been decided yet. There’s a lot to consider and multiple services that have to be figured out. Right now I’m focusing on testing as much as I can to decide if I want to manage everything myself for the long haul.

I have no desire to profit from them, I’m just looking for cool ways to repurpose them. If I can’t come up with anything that inspires me to do something with them I’ll just give them away to someone else.

Tables are a common suggestion but I don’t think that really fits our style. Maybe I should start looking up designs and see what others have come up with.

I’m not looking to make money on them. If I’m not able to come up with something I’ll give them away to someone else to do something cool with.

I hadn’t thought about using them as a true flat sanding surface. Considering how large they are and some of the projects I find myself working on sometimes that’s a good shout. That might be a good use for one of the sections. Thanks!

Some kind of outdoor landscaping is a good idea. I don’t think I want to bother with a water feature but maybe there’s a cool way to use them for plants. Thanks for the suggestions.
