The author Garrett Broad is The president of the plant based foods institute. Plant based foods are often considered ultra processed, because they put a lot of stuff in them to make meat based analogues or make them easier for the western diet.

I would classify this article as disinformation it’s interesting to see it posted here. I’m FOR plant based foods but denying that much of what’s out there is ultra processed and can be harmful I don’t think is right.

I do this as well. Have tried taking pictures but it never ends up like pictures so I learned to just trust the stylist and let them do their job.

Have more the once gotten a haircut that made me feel nervous and like I might get teased only to get a bunch of compliments instead so that’s reinforced this direction for me a lot.

Brendan Larsen from Ngāmotu in Aotearoa and a member of the New Plymouth Astronomical Society took this stack over a couple of hours and estimates 14000 satellite trails. This is how bad it is now, it’s set to get much much much worse - and then we lose Low Earth Orbit until the mess cleans itself up, if it cleans itself up. No weather satellites for forecasting, no GPS, and definitely no crewed spaceflight. All because of ego and greed. It must be stopped.

Yes in practice I’m going to use a tea towel 99% of the time and not the single tail whip, not only do the dimensions of my room make it almost impossible you can really hurt someone with that thing if you mess up. It’s used at performative scenes like at a local kink club :) makes ‘em drool though and the threat of it persists.

When you shoot bits of the lead projectile get aerosolized as it rips through the barrel and caught in the expanding gas cloud of the propellant. This gets deposited on you and your clothes, especially at an indoor range. Since you can’t remove lead from your system this can build up over time.
