What do you think I linked dipshit?
With ridiculous patent like that, Nintendo could sue pretty much any companies.
ChatGPT is scraping copyrighted material, not patents.
Nintendo is suing for patent infringement.

Nintendo is suing for patent infringement.
How much is Nintendo paying you to be their mouth piece?
Have you seen the kind of patents Nintendo are trying to get?
Here is an example :
Publication number: 20240286040 Abstract: In an example of a game program, a ground boarding target object or an air boarding target object is selected by a selection operation, and a player character is caused to board the selected boarding target object. If the player character aboard the air boarding target object moves toward the ground, the player character is automatically changed to the state where the player character is aboard the ground boarding target object, and brought into the state where the player character can move on the ground.
You can check them out for yourself
patents assigned to the pokemon company
So calm the fuck down with your chatGPT which is a whole different situation.
The comparison is valid, but doesn’t mean it infringes on any patent.
Otherwise, FromSoftware would sue the shit out of every soulslike out there.
No I’ve never worked a government job. But you are right, they like to abbreviate everything haha.
If they can intercept the message where it isn’t encrypted, they can simply sniff the messages coming on the page and wait for their signal.
Then, they can trigger the explosive to a specific message.
That’s a wild guess though.
The SS were an elite division of political soldiers under Hitler.
To be fair, I’ve never seen Secret Service abbreviated to SS.
It is a strange situation where lots of people are retiring, but the jobs aren’t there.
In Canada, the youth (15-24) has a hard time finding jobs, but nobody wants to work I guess.
If it tastes like lettuce, just throw any combination of oil, salt and bit of sweet and you’re good to go
The threat of destitution is strong, and that’s why corpos get away with this shit.
The player count is pretty high (95k as of this writing)
Now is a good time to bring back a moba because the market isn’t as saturated when MNC was released.
And for what it is worth, MNC was a great game.
It’s a great launching pad to learn how a language works, but beyond simple things, it get bad very fast.
I also use AI to look for terms in specific domains, which is really helpful as well.
The tenants literally pay the taxes, insurance and maintenance in their rent payment. When any of these inflates, so does the rent unless there are protections in place.
So being a landlord means someone else pays the mortgage for your unit.
The only thing that could be seen as a service are short term rental, and even then, it was abused to death by the AirBnB/VRBO and any other short term rental service.
Rent seeking is the most capitalistic thing someone can do : you use your money to get someone else to pay your rent. You do the minimal maintenance that you can get away with, and when you actually do real maintenance, your tenants get a rent hike.
If there weren’t any landlord, there would still be housing. But a lot more people would own the place they live in, at a reasonable price, instead of housing being used as an investment vehicule.
I see the nuance you are making now and I agree.
SaaS does feel like technofeudalism where you pay but don’t own shit, a bit like fiefs working in the field and giving wheat in exchange for a land that they don’t own.
I mean, rent seeking is the best case scenario for a capitalist. You just insert yourself in the supply chain without much investment and get money for simply being in the chain.
My point is that postal service shouldn’t be run as a private company that absolutely needs to turn a profit, just like healthcare for example.
Conservatives love to treat Canada Post as a private company because they can then tell everyone how unprofitable it is and must be dismantled and sold off to private interests. And then, it will cost even more for less services
Or, hear me out, some services don’t have to be profitable, like sending put parcels and letters within a country, healthcare or public transportation. Essential services you know.
Instead of giving money to mega corpos for them to pocket it, we could pay for services that benefit the citizens, just like China is doing for postal services.
What’s even worse is that the train wasn’t in bumfuck nowhere, so there is no excuse for not providing a transportation out of the train to the destination.
Or at the very least, have someone bring food and water.
Very interesting, thanks for sharing.
I 3d printed a dart blaster and I am currently putting it together. It took a good number of hours to print. I am currently wiring the thing. It doesn’t have a build guide per say, and I wanted it to be repairable without having to desolder/resolder, so it took me a while to find the right connectors that do fit the build.
I don’t play any nerf games and my kids are too young to play with it, but it felt like I was a kid again. I chose Wario’s color for it.
Otherwise, my D4 HC barbarian died again today and i’m done for the season.
Because the dumdums have access to the whole world at the tip of the fingertip without having to put any efforts in.
In a time without that, they would be ridiculed for their stupid ideas and told to pipe down.
Now they can find like minded people and amplify their stupidity, and be loud about it.
So every dumdum becomes an AI prompt engineer (whatever the fuck that means) and know how to game the LLM, but do not understand how it works. So they are basically just snake oil salesmen that want to get on the gravy train.
