For the record, Feddit was under attack a month ago, receiving over 1.2M requests/day by scrapers.
When will you stop publicly complaining about being inconvenienced on feddit during that time?
Edited my post. Piefed instances are pretty much prone to attacks it seems. I’m not complaining. Just bringing out the problems that l’m facing. Piefed needs a robust security setup.
I do not think this is only a piefed problem, it is an internet problem. Many instances are using cloudflare, or annibus, or similar to negate this issue.

The administrator of that instance also operates Mastodon and Misskey servers, so people should be able to reach them there if needed.
Since it’s a Japanese-language instance, I suspect the number of affected users is relatively small.
I don’t understand what you mean by Japanese language instance. The number of users aren’t too many. I use it pretty often to stay connected to the fediverse.
Is the instance located in Japan ?
It seems we were talking about different instances; what I was referring to was this instance.
