Leave it to Roscosmos to start cutting holes to fix a hole. I can totally imagine the radio going “Do NOT use the saw! That’s it, we’re sending everyone to the shelter.”
LOL, okay I read your article too now. I assume there’s some sort of interior wall-ish structure that would probably be fine to cut through, as long as you know exactly what you’re doing and don’t make any mistakes or encounter any surprises whatsover.
