I bought a datacenter GPU that doesn't fit in a normal motherboard, macgyvered the fan with jumper wires, and now I'm running a model that ties with Claude Sonnet 4.6 on benchmarks, all for £200.
Seems like you need to get the GPU and the heatsink separate for the price point they mentioned. Found a few with no heatsink for 85€, heatsinks for ~40€, and the adapter for <50€.
I’m not seeing any £150 v100’s on ebay.
