Johnny Ryan is doing incredible work. I’m also horrified by what Irish “regulators” have allowed big tech to do in the EU.

Big tech is getting some heat for anti-competitive practices. But the algorithms are still tearing the fabric of our societies, regulations and laws are not being enforced etc. I think the bulk of the work is ahead of us.
Edit: I’ve just been reading actually about some regulations being enforced so to counter my hyperbole I’ll add it here: https://www.straitstimes.com/world/europe/court-rules-eu-must-drop-strict-curbs-on-facebook-marketplace
