I haven’t had time or funds to go to the liquor store, out of the staples, so am left with a very odd assortment of ingredients. This recipe made very good use of some things I had on hand. The cinnamon doesn’t add much flavor, it’s more of a sensation - very nice!

Mixel app, from a recommendation in this community , actually. It’s pretty good. I went ahead and got the paid version cause I like it, but the free is pretty good too.

Someone gave it to me as a gift. Also have 2 bottles of Nixta acquired the same way. So was pretty happy to find the drink that used it like this, grapefruit and mezcal is so good, and the oddball addition of rhubarb and cinnamon works beautifully, it is a cohesive flavor.

You center the drink on the coaster? I apologize for the picture overall actually - bad composition all round, but the drink was such a lovely color.

(If it helps, look at the post overall - the diagonal line from the drink to the screenshot may restore serenity to your mind.)
