Okay, this is absolutely bizarre; I can’t see any other comments here (literally shows 0 comments). Does it have something to do with being outside the community’s instance? Could someone maybe get in touch with lemmy.world’s admins about this?
Things get weird modding from another instance.
You may not have seen all the reports that pilied up either, I cleared those out (they were super old).
But keeping up with that is basically all modding is, with three people it won’t be hard to keep up.
I guess if something big happens, we’ll just DM each other? But most is just removing comments/posts that are clearly rule breaking.

No real reason to want to other than somebody needs to do it.
I got a psych degree if that matters, but most of moderation is just keeping things civil, you don’t need to be a SME or need to know how to use “tools”.
This person has posted in our community a few times and I can vouch that they appear to have the maturity to be a decent mod for a place like this.
