I had the webapp (pwa) version installed from the voyager website, which runs within your browser but otherwise looks identical I’ve now installed the voyager Android app from the play store and the missing options now show up

Went through all the settings and I don’t see any reason for yours to be different. The only thing I can think of is that I installed mine from f-droid instead of the play store. Other than that I’m stumped.
