Consider deeply how you can insulate the garage ceiling/roof and whether you’ll lose storage doing it. Also, assuming you’ll be in the walls… Outlets may need to be GFCI - code would say. And since your list probably isn’t long enough, are you planning on 30a+ outlet for an EV in the future?
