If tramp and bannon get their way, maybe billionaires will finally realize that democracy and rule of law is better for themselves than an arbitrary dictatorship and that this is a dangerous game that will get to them eventually e.g. putin’s russia.
Ok, but what was your point in first place? That we need to stop dictators before they start to deport billionaires, because that will mean the end of rule of law for everyone? If billionaires can’t/won’t stop tramp, there is certainly nothing the people can do for them before things get really ugly.
PS: what is really funny here is that elon bought the presidency for these guys out of fear of going to jail for his crimes under rule of law. So he tried to overturn rule of law…he was the one saying a few weeks ago that judges should not be able to hinder executive power and suspend habeas corpus…now the lawlessness he championed risks eating him alive. If that is not justice, I don’t know what is.
