It would be a good time to start creating a modern version of Pavel Korchagin or Lei Feng etc. to co-opt people who have nothing left to cling on. Would be my suggestion.
Otherwise they’ll just give up on life or worse join the brown shirts.
Selling them treats to fund anti-capitalist movements is probably more effective than trying to convert them. I was thinking about how I could try to sneak in some optimism in them for the internal peripheries and such so I don’t feel absolutely soul crushed while doing it tho’
