That’s interesting. It sort of works for me on 295. I open a post extremely and it opens a web browser inside of Connect. For example, a picture post from another instance opens as the web interface of that instance, not logged in (I don’t have an account there).

Updated to 297. Same behavior on open externally. Haven’t seen the comment error yet.
I don’t appear to have that version. Mine says 287.
Just tested this out on 297, unable to reproduce, open to external works as expected. Toggling the setting and restarting the app, also works as expected with the built in browser.
