    @gbhnews@mastodon.social Category error due to a common mis-framing of the facts. The US election is currently underway. Ballot submission ends on the 5th, and if we’re really lucky (which I doubt), the election will be over on the 6th and we can move on to implementing the results.

      @vathpela@better.boston This is actually an excellent point and something that guides our coverage decisions. There is an “Election Day” but there is also now a very relevant “Election Season.”
