I mean, if you can’t legally use women’s bathrooms, and you can’t safely use men’s bathrooms, and there are no gender neutral bathrooms, what do you do?

It’s similar to the strategy cities use to drive out unhoused people - ban them from using public restrooms and then arrest them for pissing on the street.
