“Number of Subscribers” isn’t really the best metric for measuring growth. For example, I’m also subscribed on a secondary account. Also, not every visitor subscribes, and usually nobody unsubscribes even if they leave piefed/lemmy. (Monthly Active Users is a much better metric.) Still, Number of Subscribers is on the sidebar and it is “a” measure of growth. Last May this community had 666 subscribers so at least it isn’t flatlining!
Anyway, as of this writing the number of subscribers on !gothindustrial@lemmy.world is 978. It’ll prolly reach 1k sometime in the next couple weeks idk. Looking forward to it!

I think this is great! And i wish a 1500th suscribers post very soon too! I’ll add my grain of sand so this happen. Posting the music i love with a variety of genres. Have a great week.
