I think because in space you don’t have ambient temperature fluctuation so cooling is more constant. And without convection it’s emit as infrared radiation but in reverse. So there’s a real successful deployment that can be duplicated. Google is also getting ready to launch its own data center using same technology. Obviously these would be gigantic radiator panels.
