That’s the Waterwraith from the Pikmin series, originally seen in Pikmin 2. One of the dungeons in the game has a time mechanic where if you spend too much time on one floor that thing will drop in out of nowhere and start steamrolling your Pikmin en masse. It terrified me as a kid.
