The arrest is fucked up and the ice agents should be arrested too. The title leaves out the fact that the man, justifiably but illegally, started whacking the shit out of the car with his cane. I’d never convict the guy of anything and think the ice agent should be brought up on attempted murder charges, but I do understand why the police grabbed him.
