    This attitude of “this class is super hard” is just evidence of a poor teacher or curriculum. I despise it, and it’s prevalent in many educational institutions.

    I wish I didnt see this happen in real life. Madman of professors like hey do 3 reports and 1 presentation a week for the class. Left right there.

    He’s was the most hated professor in the dept. Like just makes things so difficult. Made things hilarious for me because of how simple the concepts were to learn in the workforce. What a hole taking my money and removing a whole practical topic from my tool belt because “school should be hard”

      I had a professor suck the joy out of a solar systems and astronomy course. It was held in the planetarium, the perfect location for that class. It should have been a slam dunk easy A for me. I’d find myself reading chapters of the text that weren’t even on the curriculum.

      But this guy had to make the course “hard” for some reason, for example by having a lot of tedious busy work.

      I still got the A, but you should immediately lose your job as a professor when you decrease a student’s interest in the subject matter.
